The Chief Growth Officer is tasked with the highest responsibility of driving traffic, impressions through data-driven metrics like volunteer engagement, internal department activity, fundraising status, etc. This Officer is responsible for the whole organization's growth and expansion initiatives.
Expansion: Oversee and ensure all operations are running smoothly and meeting all deadlines to ensure maximum growth and internal development. Leads all development of long-term strategies and execution. Additionally, the CGO, along with the CEO works on long-term, sustainable partnerships.
Marketing & Design: Design experiments & protocols for marketing, graphic designs, social media department. Experienced in graphic design, SEO marketing, developing initiatives, and expansion techniques.
Data: Analyze volunteer engagement within Slack, Notion, and work with Chief Human Resources Officer to retain engagement. Utilize softwares to visualize and display data; utilize a specific OKR (Objective → Key Results) to plan and devise protocols for maximum retention & internal development.
Management: Alongside, the Chief Human Resources Officer, appoint qualified candidates to a tailored leadership role. Ensure all key points within Public Action Department is working and producing work of the highest quality.
