The Chief Executive Officer manages the long-term goals and oversees organization's mission This person is responsible in ensuring the Board of Directors as well as all Civiso constituents are working towards the goal. Additionally, this person is responsible for all long-term decision making and serves as a vocal point between the Board and the Directors.
Day to Day Operations: The CEO is responsible for monitoring and approving all microscopic, day to day operations. Serving as the point of contact for all internal operations & other officers, managers, this person holds an integral part in upholding organization quality. Additionally, the CEO serves as the point of contact for the Board of Advisors, setting up meetings, and maintaining monthly check-ups with them.
Expansion & Function: Design, analyze, develop roles that are necessary for Civiso to function efficiently. Create and implement new initiatives led by Civiso, maintaining awareness to other student-led nonprofits, potential partnerships, and expansion opportunities. Point of contact for external contacts & operations.
Management: Oversee and ensure all macroscopic operations are running smoothly and meeting all deadlines to ensure maximum growth and internal development. Leads all development of long-term strategies and execution. Monitors the Board of Director's movement to ensure all of them are working without compromise. Schedules and leads meetings.
Policy: Develop and implement internal governance systems to ensure proper care, and to provide a high-quality experience for all Civiso constituents.
Performance: The CEO address any concerns brought up by the Human Resources Team. If anyone has a concern or a note to make about any of their co-members, directors, the CEO ensure they are at the liberty of providing transparent information. Upholds social responsibility for ensuring all members / directors are working cooperatively.
